NDIS private Blacksmith class

Private NDIS Blacksmith Classes provide a supportive and inclusive environment designed to meet individual needs and abilities. Participants will have the opportunity to work hands on with a variety of metals, including copper, mild steel, and high carbon steel, while learning traditional forging techniques in a safe and encouraging setting. Each session is tailored to personal goals whether it’s building confidence, developing fine motor skills, or simply enjoying the creative process of shaping metal through fire and hammer. With one on one guidance, all tools and safety equipment provided, and a focus on creativity and empowerment, NDIS participants can experience the satisfaction of crafting their own unique pieces while developing valuable practical skills.

  • What to wear and bring

    Wear cotton or natural fiber clothes , it's advisable to have pants that cover the top of the boot to stop any hot things falling into your boot, no nylon please. Boots if you have them, no nylon/polyester shoes, a hat if you like (it does stop a lot of ash in the hair). Bring safety glasses and respirator (if you have them, if not I can supply) Lunch and water bottle. There are soft drinks/water available for sale
